The Board of Directors has issued a Community Courtesy Reminder to help preserve the appearance, value, and character of our neighborhood. Residents are encouraged to review the reminder and the community CC&Rs regarding property maintenance, parking, exterior improvements, and common area use.
The reminder will be mailed to all residents and is available online.
We are excited to share several recent improvements made to the community park to help keep it safe, enjoyable, and welcoming for all residents.
🔧 Swing Set Updates: The swing seats have been replaced after the previous seats became worn and posed a potential safety concern.
🛡️ Playground Safety Improvement: A damaged playground safety panel was replaced to address a significant safety concern and help ensure a safer play experience for children.
🚜 Park Ground Improvements: Additional fill dirt was donated by a Board Member and used to help fill several low spots and sinkholes throughout the park area, improving both safety and appearance.
These improvements are part of the HOA's ongoing commitment to maintaining and enhancing our community amenities for residents of all ages.
We would like to thank everyone who continues to support and care for our neighborhood. Community improvements like these help keep Cormans Crossing a great place to live, play, and connect with neighbors.
We are excited to share that a new walking path around the community pond is now open for residents to enjoy.
📍 Entrance Location: The path can be accessed from Durango Drive.
This path was created to provide a safe and peaceful space for residents to walk, jog, and enjoy the neighborhood.
To help maintain safety and protect the walking path, motorized vehicles are not permitted, including:
• Golf carts
• Dirt bikes
• ATVs / 4-wheelers
• Motorcycles
• Any other motorized recreational vehicles
Use of motorized vehicles on the walking path is a violation of community policy. Violators may be subject to a $325 fine, in addition to any costs associated with repairing damage to the path or surrounding property.
Thank you for helping keep our community safe and well maintained.
